Along with iodine derivative manufacturing, Deepwater Chemicals also offers process development, custom and toll manufacturing of specialty chemicals for non-iodine chemistries, from lab scale to commercial volumes. We follow cGMP processes and documentation, and have full raw material traceability.

Our plant’s process equipment is designed to provide flexibility in manufacturing, and we are well suited for specialty and fine chemical production.

• Temperature: We have heating and cooling and can mange processes that require process temperatures from 0˚C to 165˚C
• Equipment: Glass Lined, Stainless Steel, and Hastelloy Reactors from 50 to 2,000 gallons
• Pressure: Operating Pressures from -20 psi to 100 psi
• Drying and Packaging: We have separate areas for drying and packaging that allow us to customize our processes to meet your needs

Environmental, Health and Safety

We are ISO 14001 certified and practice SOCMA’s Chemsteward program. We are environmentally permitted and meet all regulatory requirements for air, waste water and solid waste. Any waste from the facility is characterized, handled and disposed of properly according to the required environmental regulation.
